Always needed:

• diapers (size 3-4 especially)

• baby wipes

• laundry detergent

• large trash bags

• paper plates / plastic utensils

• dry spaghetti

• white rice

• dried beans

• prepared spaghetti sauce 

• corn flakes 

• ground coffee

• sugar

• cooking oil 

• large foil food containers with lids

• feminine hygiene products

• 3T - 10  children clothes

• wash machine soap tablets underpants size s or m

• Women’s socks

• Small women’s jeans

• Small /medium men’s jeans

• Regular size shampoo/conditioner 

• Baby wipes or wet ones

• Energy bars

• Men’s underwear and t-shirts, small , medium.

• A few large t-shirts

• Hair brushes

• Sanitary pads

• Flip flops - small, med

• Diapers, size 4 needed

 Supplementary:

• chicken or ground beef (no pork, please)

• potatoes

• milk

• eggs

• margarine
